WHERE WE SHIP TO
Each shipment must have a shipping label attached, and for larger quantities, individual shipments must be placed in a cardboard shipping box with our information label affixed on it. We will confirm the acceptance for transportation on the international CMR consignment note.
HOW TO PACK A SHIPMENT
Daily on working days between 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Yes, we have parcel tracking unified into main tracking statuses as well as detailed tracking with the complete history of the shipment's route all the way to the recipient.

Yes, for each country, we have native speakers who are capable of providing information specific to the delivery process in that country.
