Please remember to contact the e-shop before returning the item, and then follow their instructions for proper labeling of the shipment.

We don't bill any extra surcharge, costs for returns are already included in shipping price.

The recipient can send the claim to our return address in the respective country, without having to use expensive postal services to send it abroad. We will pick up the shipment at the return address and deliver it back to your warehouse along with other undeliverable shipments. In some countries, the recipient can also use the option of free claim submission through an automated box or at the branches of courier companies.
